sch-i605 stuck in boot loop, tried everything researchable

I have same original issue. My i605 is stuck on Samsung boot screen and I cannot access recovery mode. Download works. I've tried root66 with PIT and NAND Erase via Odin 3.09 several times. Odin says PASS but phone never gets past boot screen. I rooted phone about 18 months ago and don't recall steps. I was running CM11 for past 6 months. Any ideas?

any luck? this sounds like the issue i'm having right now.. :-/ can't seem to get anything to work.. may have screwed myself by trying to put the ND7 firmware on.. not sure.. if anyone has an idea. please let me know. Thanks!

I was able to get my i605 working again. I tried a ton of things so I'm not sure the exact fix. If I remember I used a second machine so I think it was a bad USB port or something related to my original computer. I'm not sure which stock ROM I installed as I tried at least two. Once I got it working I didn't try another ROM. In fact I dropped it and shattered the screen and finally moved to a new phone.

yeah that was where i was at.. luckily I downloaded another ND7 firmware from SAMSUNG FIRMWARE website and when I walked away from my desk.. came back, it was at the VERIZON screen! it didn't finish booting.. but I was able to get into recovery and do a factory reset and it BOOTED! WOO HOO!

Once I got it working I didn't try another ROM.

yeah, now that I went with the ND7 firmware, my bootloader is locked so i'm stuck with this 4.4.2 ROM for the rest of my Note II life.. LOL.. which i'm fine with for now since I haven't found any apps that aren't at least compatible with 4.4... I did have one that wasn't working with my 4.3 firmware.

oh that sucks.. well i'm sure you went on to a better phone! i can still dream but think i'll be stuck on my GN2 for a while.. hehe.
