i need help i have a bug in the lower part of the screen it's works fine but in some application and screens it doesn't work how do i fix it?

Maybe it's a software issue. You should try an other ROM. If the bug exists there, you will have to replace your screen.

how can it be a broken screen if it's happens only in applications?

Than do a factory reset. It should solve your problem.

If it's only at some app, can be that ROM is not good or app is not compatibile. Many app's have black "line" at bottom of screen because they use 800px high resolution but i'm sure that you already know that.
