You didn't hear? Someone called Verizon and asked when the marshmallow update was coming out and they said to expect it in the third quarter of the year. We'll have to wait quite a long time before we get the update. Anyways, OP , doing a factory reset, like what the QP says, will most likely fix your problem.Never had that happen either. I even tried to duplicate what you said and it didn't happen. Of course the most obvious answer is a full reset. Of just wait a few weeks till we get marshmallow and then do the factory reset and see how it goes.
It could be that, but OP could just backup everything on their phone and try a factory reset before they make a trip over to Verizon for a replacement. It could always be an app that they have installed that's causing the problem.No but if I were u I'd take it into verizon that appears to be a bad connection or all together a bad lcd screen
