Screen graphics problem confused

Plesse help with my xperia z .it is having problem with rendering graphics flickering . Sometimes the screen blinking starts randomly and once the phone automatically switched off. I am confused it's hardware problem (gpu related )or software related. It is locked bootloader .non rooted stock rom 5.1.1 rom 10.7.A.0.228 running.
I have not tried flashing with flashtool yet because
I fear that it can be dead if flashing failed.
Back panel of phone is open and i think it can be due to dust or ..confused

I was surprised this was problem related to screen connector. I removed and connected that 4-5 times and problem is gone. Working fine from 4 days.
