Screen lock sounds not working on Android 10

I thought it was just an issue with all devices, but my mom's Pixel XL that I just set up has working screen lock sounds.

I flashed a factory image for mine, but I OTA'd my mom's.

Any idea what's going on here?

Did you managed to find a fix for that bug?
I have a Pixel 2 XL on Android 10 and I'm also experiencing no lock/unlock sound and a very different charging sound! This happened after performing a factory reset.
