How are you all getting so much sot, Im barely getting 3-4hrs

Light use, wifi/4g always on, some web surfing, viber, messenger, youtube, netflix, location off, bt off, nfc off, screen on 50%. Phone idle should not use more battery than the screen, right..?

Alright, somehow my battery life went from poor to one of the best I've ever had (maybe due to it being the 3rd charge or smth). Some gaming, wifi/4g always on, 4 account sync on, location for 3 hours and that's what I got:

Let's hope it keeps improving to the point the phone starts charging the wall

I turned off iZat hardare acceleration localization and wifi continuous localization, and now I seem to consume more. Why?
Moreover does anyone now if Cloud app consumes battery and it's actually of any use? I already have Drive and Dropbox apps.

Here is my stats.... is it fine?? AOD On....Wifi and Data 4G always on... Half Day Bluetooth connected and location on for few hours. Planning to do a factory reset....Is it fine ? Or should I proceed with Factory Reset ? Any suggestions would be appreciated??

IZat is supposed to help the battery.

Also is you wifi set to go off when the phone is sleep?

How's the signal strength over there? Screen brightness? I get 4-5 hrs SoT with pretty similar settings
Factory reset is always a good way to go if reinstalling everything doesn't bother you

Screen Brightness is around 40 to 60%...Auto is off...Signal Reception is good...

Screen Brightness is around 40 to 60%...Auto is off...Signal Reception is good...

You should be getting a little more juice out of it then (yesterday got 5hrs SoT over 18hrs of use with pretty much identical settings). I'd say try factory reset and set up as new

Sure you can, Im using same apps+ FB, I have 45% left and 4hrs 16 mins SoT, hope it helps.

I want to buy some new phone and my choice is one of LG G6 and the Mate 9
I want +7 hour SOT with use just some app like instagram and whatsapp . . .
and i want a realy good camera too
i love some function on mate 9 like bokeh and . . . but wide angle on G6 is good too
please give me some guide

Go for the G6 because the system on Mate 9 is ****ty I had mate 9 before but returned it and bought the G6

I had the Mate 8 and now the LG G6 (different devices between them).
The Batterylife is much better on Mate. Compared to the other features, i would give the win to LG G6.

The battery is good on the LG G6 but you will never reach 7 hours SoT.

Yes he can if he use minimum brightness with Wi-Fi only..

I get around 5,5 to 6h on SOT. Did he use some tricks to have better SOT?

I got just over 7 SoT on a few occasions, with auto brightness and WiFi on, in general its about 6 hours depending on use though. But I use Greenify and Doze to shut down most things while screen off.
