These issues are to my belief normal as sometimes apps get stuck in syncing etc. A reboot and should fix most of these problems.
I don't know if u are rooted and not really sure about the effectiveness of greenify without root but u should give it a try to reduce the cpu usage for these apps in the background. It works wonders on my rooted device and works great on my friend's non rooted. (Just not as intuitive)
Also try disabling other bloatware apps that you don't use!
If you are rooted and comfortable with xposed tweaks than try amplify as well.

Sorry for the late reply I bricked my phone and was busy in bricking it
For the heating issue. Did you consider the fact that maybe it's just the increasing temp cuz of the weather?
I live in a warm City and my device while normal in winter's.. heats up insanely in summer! And that heating up also effects the battery life. It goes back to normal when in cold conditions and in winter. That's just a characteristic of the lithium ion battery I believe.
If u believe it's not the weather than still resetting the decide is not necessary. Most of the time it's just a rogue app update or sync issue and would resolve itself in a few days. After the update settles in.

As I mentioned weather is a probability here too. But a bug could be an issue as well.
As mentioned above rogue app updates are a high likely issue specially if you are rooted.
Keep in mind that the Google services and Google services framework apps get updated in the background without any notification or alert.
I once reset my device many times and even flashed a new rom within one week only to get the same problem again before I realized that it wasn't the ROM or firmware but gservices app that caused the issue and the next update fixed.
Often times the best course of action is to not to do anything and let it settle in.
