Well before I had HTC 10 and I got 2 to 3 hrs screen on but I sold that phone, now I have a s8 variant exynos(Android 7.0 stock) well, I'm happy because I'm getting 7 to 8 hrs screen on (all time I'm was using LTE connection)... I don't know why but it's amazing

Charge Drain....

Well most of us watched LinusTechTips video about the charge drain issue/bug of Samsung S series phones after using it for some days & sometimes (Not all the times) i face the same issue... Sometimes i get like 5-6hrs of SOT and sometimes i get like 3-4hrs of SOT or less.... i hope i could fix it, Resetting the phone helps but again after using for few days the same issue or bug (as Linus calls it) strikes me.... :

In MTweaks under the HMP tab set Up Treshold to 535 and Down Treshold to 225.
Also if you don't play games set both governors to conservative, otherwise set them to interactive.
I got 8 to 9 hours SOT with these settings and i don't use greeenify, amplify or other stuff, just AlexisXDA rom and latest TGP kernel with these settings.
You don't need thirdparty apps for battery life becauce you have Samsung SmartManager and under the battery tab you can set wich apps to stay closed so they won't consume battery only when they are opened.
