last 10build, TWRP+Root, 4,5 SOT. Bought new. Is it ok or do I have to worry? Also snapping a photo takes 1% of battery every time.

I have another question: once the lock screen shows that the battery is fully charged I move to the battery setting's menu where it says that the battery is still charging and I have to wait at least 2 hours before it shows full. Is it ok? It's a feauture or a bug?

It's your battery, it needs to be replaced. The actual capacity isn't 100% anymore these phones are getting old.

Would it be a problem for you to check this behavior? When your charges reaches 100% what does your battery settings says? Charging or Full?

Just to be clear your lockscreen is going full, do you have battery percentage on? And your battery setting are saying it's not full?
I have battery percentage on.
This is what happens: I charge the phone. It reaches 100%. In this condition the lockscreen says Fully charged. I then move to battery settings and here I read Charging. After 2h in this state that charging becomes Full.

My Pixel2 is now 18 month old and battery is getting worse from day for day.
I have all updates installed but only get a SOT of 3 hours - that´s one day of usage from morning to night.
When it was new I had to charge it after second day of usage.
I can´t identify special apps or changed sync, apps or behaviour over last 18 month.

Which app would you recommend to test (rest) battery capacity?
Which options do I have to change the battery? I think google won´t do this on warranty as it´s 18 month old :(

It's not normal. On my Pixel 3, in the last week the Facebook and Messenger apps started draining my battery, having a lot of background activity. After I use them I must force close every time to stop this. You can check if it's the case for you too
