The issue you will find is that the glass actually starts curving before the screen itself finishes. That's why all protectors, film or glass or whatever all start leaving halos before the screen even finishes.
Guys, I recommend to look Nillkin glass (H+ Pro, 0.2mm with 2.5D). There are discounts today.
Unfortunately I've found this with the Nillkin H+ I have the halo down both long edges. I'd be keen to try the skinomi but don't want to pay a fortune for postage to the uk :(

I have this one too and not too happy with the edges, also today I've started seeing dust under the screen at the top near the speaker area. It means that it's not stuck down properly..

I've just ordered this one after looking round for ages.. seems like a different company IMAK.. hopefully their attempt is a better one. It's going to ship from China.

I will keep you guys posted.

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262694458480

Have Nillkin H+ too and i have the same halos down both long edges. I had Nillkin before on other phones and was always satisfied with the Nillkin protectors. if it's not a fault of Nillkin, it seems to be because of the display is not completely plain and the curving begins not at the last 2 or 3mm, it begins at at 5mm more or less s every glass screen protector will have this issue.

Just a heads up the skinomi screen protector fits perfectly and was super easy to apply. I went for the matte one and it looks really good with the smoke black orzly case

the sikomi skin protector isn't made of tempered glass. I'm looking for a curved one of tempered glass, because glass not only protects in case of scratches it protects even when when the phone falls down,
the protector gets broken but not the display (happened to some of my friends and they had only to replace the protector). But as the xperia xz has a curved display it seems really difficult to a really fitting glass protector. If someone will find one it would be really helpful posting it here.
