I was in the same boat as you not haveing an option with the extended bat. So I solved the problem myself. I got a 50% off a Zagg leather skin. I ordered one for the iPad. :) You can get four extended custom wraps for the battery if you cut it right. First one was a test run with the skin cut in 3 pc. so I could see where the wrinkles would be.Two pics of the second one I am useing now with only two small cuts at the bottom of the back so the leather would fit.
will you send some pics of the phone so we can see what it looks like with the extended battery. Is is much heavier, harder to get in your pocket?

It is a little heavier but not enough to complain about. If I forget my case I put it in my front pocket and it doesnt bother me at all, even while sitting. Here are a few pics and yes that is a glass of wine, lol.

Also with the extended bat it makes the cell a LOT easier to hold on to with hand or if you have to cheek it while talking.
looks good man... So how much extra juice do you get out of that?

The invisible shield isn't nearly as smooth as a Steinheil.
this is the main reason i hated the zagg on my droid incredible. When using swype it was very sticky and jumpy. The orange peal was also pretty bad. I'm going to try a Steinheil this time around.

I got a steinhel on mine, for my first ever protector to put on I think I did a pretty awesome job. It's not perfect though, good thing they sent 2 gives me another chance to get it perfect.I have to admit it does seem to add glare in the sunlight. Anyone had experience with wrapsol protectors?

I had a full coverage Zagg Invisibleshield on my Omnia 2. I just picked up a Fascinate so I decided to take the shield off my now-retired O2 and the phone is pristine. I took that thing everywhere: work everyday, business trips, flights, camping, roadtrips, you name it. And I didn't baby it either; lightly tossing it onto a table or accidentally dropping it was a pretty common occurence. My only real gripe with it was that it made Swyping a little harder due to Zagg's rubbery feel (which ironically was nice around the rest of the phone).

That being said, the "glass" display on this Fascinate is gorgeous. The O2 was also AMOLED but the plastic front, even bare, never looked this good. So I'm thinking of going with Zagg's full-body coverage and the Steinheil Crystal front. Has anyone tried this combo?

There is a company on Ebay that I have gotten screen protectors from for like 6 of my phone. They are the same quality as the Zagg and also carry a lifetime warranty. They are more reasonable on the price. I go one for my fascinate and I paid 5.99 shipped to my door. Here is the name of the Ebay user that sells them. invisible_protection. Everyone should take a look at then.

i always wondered this, what is the need for multiple screen protectors? If it's a decent screen protector and offers a lifetime warranty, then you should only ever need one. If they are really going to honor their warranty, they should ship you a new one if/when it's needed. By giving you more than one, it's almost telling me that it's not of that good of a quality and you'll need the replacement sooner rather than later/never.

Another vote for SGP. I use the Anti-Fingerprint - it definitely reduces quality of the screen, but for me I like the AF properties. I like the frosted glass feel and the fact that its always clean looking.

How does the clear SGP fair w/ fingerprints?

Correct - you won't see the fingerprints as compared to a glossy surface. That doesn't mean it doesn't need cleaning every once and a while...the oils still build up and over time you'll see it a bit on the screen. But again - it's nothing close to the oil-rainbow you'd see on a glossy surface. Downside is that the frosted finish definitely degrades the quality of the image.

The crystal SGP is virtually just like the stock finish of the glass on the phone, feels virtually identical to the glass, and is just as clear. If you install it well, people will never even know you have a protector on the phone. For that reason, it's behavior with fingerprints is virtually identical to how the bare glass handles them.

However, given the quality/beauty of this screen, it's a crime IMHO to hide it with an anti-glare.

I now have Zagg's back protecting my case and the SGP Ultra Clear Crystal protecting my screen. The Zagg applied like any other Zagg (did it in a steamy bathroom, lots of moisture). The SGP went on fine but there are some edges that seem to refuse to stay down. I plan on contacting SGP about it, but there is the second screen just in case.

If Zagg sold their InvisibleShield with a less 'sticky' front, it'd be perfect. The SGP really retains the glass feel.

I have used both the "free" stealth Shields and the Zagg Invisable shield, both apear, feel, and function very similar. Im currently using the ZAGG product.
