So I'm having this issue where I can't get the screen recorder off, you can see in the video below it's "stuck" on and the white dot it shows when in use won't go away.
I tried to upload directly to XDA but if course it doesn't work lol so I've included a link with a short demonstration. Please help me fix this annoying bug.
