Screen Recorder. Lets find the CSC hook

As I stated I'm trying to figure out the csc hook to enable in the features file for the screen recorder. I've recompiled the framework and apk but didn't see anything figure a few more eyes wouldn't hurt. So here are the files for the screen recorder

I will try launching with actions discovered through terminal later tonight to see I'd I can get anymore answer. But anyway...
