screen touch problem

i have a sensation xe
it has the latest firmware hboot "unlocked" s-on
the touch screen randomly touches every where
it's unuseable almost
and also i tried the tin foil trick and pusing the pin out a little bit but no help
should i just swap the screens ?
or is there a better solutin ?

P.S was on stock problem was still occuring
rooted Viper S 3.0.0 Still same problem
even appears in the recovey 4ext

Having explained all these, you should consider your digitizer, I suppose; as it takes place on stock ROM, and even in recovery menu.
