Screenlight always ON

Hi everybody, maybe it's my fault but....... I can't find the option to keep screenlight ALWAYS ON when the phone is in charge (on my Desire HD and many other HTCs I had it).

Can someone help me, please ?!?!?!?!?

im not sure if you can do this with sense rom, but on a vanilla android rom, you just enable the option in dev options (enable dev options by pressing build number multiple times in settings>about)

Thanks norazi, I've enabled dev options on my Mini, but I can't find that option.......

p.s.: on my Desire HD a/o Desire X a/o Desire V (all with sense) I had that option directly in option --> screen
