Screwed my G Pad V700 up.

Can anyone help?
I got an LG G Pad 10.1 V700 a while back that originally was a tablet for a medical office and had a customized launcher that only had kind of like a brochure system on it.
I managed to do an upgrade using LG PC Suite and got the factory system back up and running. It was running great and recently I rooted my Coolpad Catalyst and decided to do the LG pad too. I used Kingoroot.
The Cataylst rooted fine but when I did it on the LG it said it was already rooted. I figure they must have rooted it to make it function like they wanted for the medical office.
Well yesterday I put the app My Spectrum (cable company) on it to see why I was having an internet outage and it complained about the rooting but worked anyway. I remember when I was trying to root my Android head unit in the car using Magisk I found that Magisk has many ways to hide the rooting from apps that don't want to work on a rooted device. So I tried to install Magisk on the tablet and it installed it and gave a button to reboot but when I did it's now stuck on the first LG static screen and on the top left it says "Error: boot certification verify".
I tried to do a hard factory reset using the buttons and click the button yes to do it but it keeps coming back to the static screen and the error.
Does anyone know how I can fix it?

I can't even seem to get my computer to recognize it no matter what LG drivers I use nor do I seem to be able to get the tablet into "download mode" that I've read about in searching for a fix.
All I can get it to do is go into the factory reset which doesn't fix it, some CS and S/N screen, the static LG logo with the Error: boot certification verify on the top left and a non-animated charge screen.
I can't even seem to get the unit to stay off.
Have I hard bricked this damn thing? Is there no way for me to fix it?
