Without looking it could because of a change in layout. On aosp each apk is in a folder so it could be same for sense.

Hi, strange thing!
I do cleaning on ARHD 30.1 and always same result, script clean only 60 application, 39MB from system and 8MB from data.
Is this because of Lollipop or problem is something else?

Before we just needed com.adobe.flashplayer-1.apk
Now we have to add the folder path
For file listing you can go to ~/ROMCleaner/Logs/ROMCleaner_AROMA.log
There's all data / system apps...
