Scrolling laggy

Hi, i'm using this ROm http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2060064, it's exellent accpect the scrolling is quiet lag, i mean in setting menu and searching on Web, it's doesnt as smooth as other, in the past when i make a big scroll, it comes straight to the end of the page but with your Rom it comes to the middle and stop right there, tks, Hope u guys could help me
