SD Card not mounting after flashing froyo

Hey,
I have been trying to flash CM 7 on my defy and after flashing stock nordic froyo, the SD card will not mount. Everytime I click mount, it auto unmounts and says "Sd card safe to remove".

I tried ADB to reenable recovery but that didnt work.

When I try to go into recovery mode and click on the bottom corner nothing happens.

I am so lost...
