I have the gprs connection constantly on downloading stuff to the SD Card..the problem here is that when the device suspends after some time of inactivity the SD card disappears and only becomes visible after I switch the device back on. Applications that are using the sd card hang up and needed to be restarted..this is an annoyance..any fixes?

Don't let the device to turn off automatically! This can be done thru the Power settings..
let the backlight turn off after 1 min, but the device must be on all the time.
You can still suspend the deivce by using the power button (if there's no downloads or activities) :wink:
