SD card unmounted now it won't show up again

I'm running beans roms and no sd swap and the sd won't show up at all... It was running fine until I woke up from a nap and it was doing this. I'm going to try flashing cleanrom to see if that fixes it.

Mod please lock I figured out that it was a faulty sd card.
