Search for first + last

Hey Guys, trying to figure out how to search first + last name on the Samsung dialer. Example if I want to search for someone named "hello samsung", I type in digits for Hello but when add digits for Samsung, the name doesn't show up. I've used 0 and # to try out for space between the name but no luck. Is this even possible? Thanks!

i tried typing first few letters of either first name or surname including using space and they all show up. no settings changed

It does search using the first name itself or last name itself, but I have multiple contacts with the same first and same last name so I typically punch in something like first + last.
