Hi all,
I have a question about my HTC u11 taken a few days ago.
I have a problem with search settings feature.
If setted language is English no problem, when I try to search results are showen.
If I set any other language, search will no longer work and not show any results.

I have attached a couple of screenshots to let you know the problem.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have the same problem?
Thank you all.

English ... working:

Mine doesn't work in English as well. Did a search and could not find anything so just waiting for an update. Will probably get rid of the phone due to the yellow tint at the bottom which I can't help but notice. Love the phone though.

I have the same issue and did a factory reset to fix this. I first thought it had helped but after a day of use the issue is again there...
I have a 6GB/128GB/DualSIM phone with CID_060 (India). I had the issue on 1.13 and now on 1.27 firmware.
Switching from my default (german) language to english will fix the issue, but after switching back the issue is back again.

I found a solution :)

It's no specific problem of the U11. It has happened at least at a Nexus 6p, where I found the solution.

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, select the Settings App, select Storage and Clear Data.

This has helped me.

Now I have to find out why I can't use Alexa...

Does this action wipe all system settings, including account, WiFi password and so on? Or not?
