Buddy thank you for the advice. But after placing modded seclauncher3 in destination ..It force closes when I try to place any widget. Any solution?

1) you should delete seclauncher3.apk + seclauncher3.odex and install seclauncher3 (deodexed)
2) in application manager, clear data seclauncher3 (deodexed)

1) copy the files in the folder app,priv-app and set permission
2) reboot phone
3) if after installation you will see the error log application Manager to clear data and cache
