It could be due to school wifi, try doing it at home. Also, what board do you have?
Securly for Chromebook bypass?

I don't think it is, I just figured out that I can type curl -k https://coolelectronics.me/unroll to download the script, so I know that the school doesn't block that, but how do I execute the script? It displayed the commands in the script, should I copy and paste that? My board is Octopus, I don't think that matters though.
I made sure that it was still at 87 and it did not update,
I tried typing set_cellular_ppp \';bash;exit;\', then I did bash <(curl -k https://coolelectronics.me/unroll87), and the script executed successfully! When the script finished and it rebooted, however, it rebooted again and it showed me this screen: (URL since XDA is undergoing maintenance Click for image). I was able to recover the device by pressing esc + reload + power, and inserting the Chrome 87/recovery USB. What could be causing this?
I signed into my school account, how do I remove extensions now? I have an extension called Connect for Chrome - Education by Linewize that blocks and tracks stuff on my computer.
Also, is it safe to update to a newer version of ChromeOS, or should I stay on 87 if I want to re-enroll?

Sign in to your personal account, your school account will sync extensions so you will have a hard time with that. Make sure to add your school acc as a second user and login every once in a while so it doesn't show on the admin dashboard as "offline for (super long time) days"
on my last message i said i was trying to get into it but it seems they have 2 different passwords for it so i cant get into it sorry (i tired my best)

The schools have figured out how to block bookmarklets, check your school policies to make sure though.
If you have been searching a way to bypass securly, its probably not gonna work, these "admins" are smarter than you think and no method works in my case, in my school they blocked settings, replit (if you go to html websites with repl.co at the end) so no proxies work rn only vms and they blocked pretty much anything, and im typing this at 2023 jan 31 so they might block every website expect for the education ones like youtube google classroom etc. but ur school can be different idk

Why would you use proxies... Just unblock... Welp ig I can send you a discord server invite to one that has tons of proxies, or you can go to the nebula or TN discord server and use their bots for it, add me on discord: IOD_Peak#443911

For now you can use Apponfly (https://app.apponfly.com/trial), Appetize.io (https://snack.expo.dev, has ****ty queue, I don't think you can make an unlimited amount of emulators anymore, I might have contributed to that LOL, also I think it's a 30-day free trial, not sure because I have only used the already-existing sandbox at Snack, TLDR just use the website I linked.), and SauceLabs (https://saucelabs.com, you can use it for free for 60 minutes but for only one email account, it doesn't take temp emails either so use Outlook since they don't require a phoen number). 3At my school, we have Chromebooks and a service/extension called securly. Me and my buddies have been trying to bypass it since it was first introduced last year. We are cool with the tech teacher and we have been trying to get passed him for a long time.
Any help on bypassing securly?
Note, inspect element has been blocked along with all extensions except for some adblockers. You can also only sign in on our district accounts. I do not want to powerwash it nor uninroll it(if that's how you spell it haha)

Gavin2all you have to do is open a console (default chrome: ctrl+shift+j) and put this code in: var a=true;while(a){alert(a);}
then hit enter. when the msg box appears, click the check box that says "prevent this page from showing additional diologs" (or something like that)
your filter should be disabled until you restart.

Also a hotspot wouldn't help because securely checks the url in your address bar, not your web traffic. If it were something like sonicwall that would work, but not securely
