Sensation 1.27 CM10.1 won't boot

Hi there,

Let's start with saying I AM A N00B.

I spend over 4 hours trying to get: Lock removed, S-off , CMW installed and finally CM10.1
It took some time but I got the Lock removed(HTC dev)
But I can't get s-off with junobear because I run W7.

But with a trick (one X toolkit) I got CWM 5.8.0.9 on my device.
I boot into CMW install the CM10.1.zip and the peform a reboot.
All I get is the white screen with the HTC logo.

Ive been looking and reading but I don't get what I did wrong:confused:

Who can help me?

flash 4ext recovery
enable smartflash from it(because you are still on S-ON)
flash the rom
done

edit:don't follow the whole guide.only step 2
then smartflash and flash the rom
