Sensation 4G backordered from customer care (611)?

I just ordered a new sensation through customer care (611) yesterday and they sent me a text this morning saying that it's on backorder. Anyone else face the same issue with customer care? How long does it usually take to get some back in stock?

I'm an employee, I ordered through employee accounts. I got a text a few hours after ordering and it said back ordered. I called and they said it was a mistake. I would call 611 back ask them if it is really back ordered.

I had the same back ordered message when ordering 6/17. But they then sent a message a liitle later saying shipped on 6/18!
