Sensation need service - problem

Hello
I have problem, because i have to send my phone to warranty.
I have S-on but on the top of bootloader screen it says ***Locked***
What thas it mean?
I don't remember, that this was before s-off.

That's how it comes 'out-of-the-box' so will be fine to send for service repairs.
S-on is security on and bootloader is locked as supplied by HTC.
