Hey!

Today i woke up while my phone was charging the whole day on the wall charger, and the notification lights were blinking green and red ( the phone is off! ) i already knew that something was wrong with the battery but i don't know exaclty what. I've searched whole google for this problem but no one could answer this.

My phone is now blinking green and red while on charger, and it turns off when i plug it out the phone (and it stops charging when i power it up while charging )

I've read that this was a heating problem, so i left the phone in cool air and it was cold enough to ty to start it up, no succes.

What i already tried: Fridge, put the battery into a fridge and get it ice cold. removing sim, sd and battery while charging and while charging i plugged in the battery, still no succes.

My phone won't even start the bootloader, can't get to the cwm.

Please help! this is the second time my sensation crashed (before this time the original battery failed, so i got a XE battery )

thanks!

oh.. again? :(
I've read that the battery could be flat orsomething, sometimes im able to start up my phone, and the indicator lights red as it should be while charging, but after a few minutes the red light disappears and then the phone shuts off (while charging)

is there a way to give the battery a voltage kick? :D

Many recommend putting a piece of paper or cardboard or something behind the battery, so that it is firmly on its spot..

A new battery doesn't cost that much anyways; Anker's are about 15€ in ebay.

i just found out that the problem is that my phone is overheating, when i start it it heats up, it is almost untouchable on the backside in the bottom. guess i got to find out why it is overheating now..

There are 2 parts capable of overheating: cpu and battery, wgile usually its the battery. If you have another battery around you to test before buying a new one, you should (dhd and evo3d ones are also compatible).

I had installed kernel tuner and my battery never was getting hotter then 25 Celcius. When gaming my processor was getting 70 - 80 Celcius. And the bottom is getting hot now when i start up my phone, after 2 minutes it stops automatically with charging and then it shuts itself down :(

Im on vacation now in Turkey, and elecktroniks here are very expensive, but i will try to find a new battery.

Are you overclocked? maybe using performance governor? You can also try undervolting.

i had the chance to factory reset, i did and i changed the cpu settings to max 700mhz on badass governor, and the gpu settings to the lowest.

my phone is still heating and blinking green+red while charging (well it isn't actually charging :()
