How do u change permissions...what app are u using for it....I don't see that option r--g....etc

my dock wall paper is asking for crop when trying to set it as wallpaper

and htcdialer.apk isnt loading after i have changed permissions and rebooted ?

when i click phone it loads people ?

You should crop the wallpaper in the middle :) also what ROM are you on?

Make sure you have set the right permissions and the htcdialer.apk has been placed in system/app :)

I'm on ARHD 6.6.7 XE

Yep the htcdialer.apk doesn't work for me, I tried it but nope. It loads people when i open phone and then the phone icon is also missing in people.... , it stays missing too doesn't come back with the original htcdialer.apk

Ye you must be rooted. If your device is rooted, then use a file manager program to copy and paste or 'move' the .apk to system/app :)

Use ES file manager or astro file manager! Both free on google play.

You can use Root Explorer, or ES File Manager.
