sense 4 fail, just me?

what? this used to happen when im on sense 3.6 too ..so i took it for granted ..that sense roms are bit slow ...you are saying that on sense 3.6 you never had those time gaps? (i thought only AOSP roms are capable of that )

im very interested in what sense 3.6 rom..you got those results

Beats by Grogg or ARHD. Slim the roms down using Titanium Backup. I remove things like FriendStream, HTC's Location applications, FM Radio, Notes, Tasks, etc etc. AOSP roms are slightly faster, but I never have any major speed issues in 3.6. Just make sure you go to Development or whatever and enable GPU rendering.

Edit: Oh yeah, one more. Avoid custom kernels. At least with Sense 3.6, the best kernel I've ever seen for battery and smoothness is stock or sebastian's.

Well I can change my wording on this. It's not laggy, it's just slow. From the homescreen > Menu > Settings > Two Second Wait > Settings Opens. Tap Power > Wait a Second > Wait for the Transition > Power Opens.

It's just annoying how slow it can be compared to Sense 3.6 and AOSP.

I agree with you on that. I'm on Ordroid 9.0.0 and experience exactly the same type of slowness. However it's not that big issue for me as overall the rom runs quite well and I have no issues with gaming either. The main downside of Sense 4 rom is the lack of Wifi tethering.

I'm using ordroid also and I just use a tethering app. It works like a charm! Just get the settings correct and you will be tethering again in no time! The app is simply called WiFi tether. If you have issues with the settings pm me and I'll help you out. But it works great and very simple x no drivers or anything to bother with. It's all in the settings. Hope this helps out! I just discover it and now I'm back tethering! This app has made ordroid perfect because now I can tether!
