I am running a sense 4 ROM (not 4a) on my Rezound. Any idea why the skin does not show as an option after I install?

I was making about $750 p/m on my skins when I had them uploaded. Are you wanting to make a certain profit before releasing the source/tool to the public?

Is there any way to get Holo Light qHD without going through Google Play?
I've been searching for almost a day now, but regional issues prevent me from purchasing it.
It either doesn't show up on the market, shows as 'Not supported' or flat out refuses to find anything even when I click Purchase from the app's info page itself (“The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found”)
I'm pretty sure the phone supports it because Immersion works just fine.
(HTC Sensation XE / Ordroid 9.0.0 / Android 4.0.4 / Sense 4.0)
Is there any way I could get the theme without going through Google Play?

Ever since HTC released the first version of their 'new' Sense experience (3.0 and upwards) themers faced a huge problem. The majority of graphic assets used by Sense was hidden in the custom 'm10' files.
Back in these days Flemmard and Diamondback managed to crack these files open, giving the users the ability to extract, edit and repack the images.It didn't take long until HTC switched the internal image format of these files and theming support for the upcoming Sense versions was lost (3.5 and later).
Only recently Flemmard and Diamondback achieved another breakthrough, they finally found out what the mysterious image were all about. Thanks to their great efforts and the amazing theming skills of Cypis we are finally and proudly able to present you the Immersion skin.
The Immersion skin is the first fully featured Sense 4 skin, exclusively brought to you by the Virtuous Team.
It includes theming for the Sense Launcher, Sense apps and the Sense lockscreen. As it's only skin it can't theme all parts of the system. We did our best to provide premium experience for all full Sense 4 devices. We are planning to support lite version of HTC Sense 4 as well. There is no ETA for Virtuous Ten Studio release with image decoding support so please do NOT ask.
