WiFi Problems

Does anyone else have problems using Opera 9.5 over WiFi?
I can connect thru ActiveSync and GPRS without any problems, but doesn't work over WiFi.
The WiFi settings are correct as Opera 8.65 works fantastic with it.
Have tried to work out the settings in Opera, but no results.
Any ideas?

Wi-Fi works here fine. Do you have a proxy connection set up in /Start/Settings/Connections/Connections?

works pretty smooth so far, works just like iphone browser with the double tap to zoom and zoom out... just dont like that it automatically becomes your default browser and you cant change it without uninstalling it... but will test it over the next few days... I myself mainly use opera mini cause it works almost as fast as broadband when pulling up pages.. and I use IE for downloading stuff when Opera mini cant handle it or Opera 8.65....

No, I have no Proxy set-up on this connection.
For all other software connecting via WiFi I use " My ISP" as default connection and they just work fine.
In fact Opera 9.5 used to work great on Hermes I used to own few weeks back.
No, on my new Samsung i780, is not working.
As I mentioned before 8.65 works great.
Strange...

hey thanks for the cab!!!
appears so far to be the best version yet, I have only been using it for 10 minutes but within that time I can say that compare to previous version's it's :
- Faster
- Feels a bit lighter, I haven't checked the mem footprint
- Seem's to crash less/have less bugs?
- I am PDAVIET v.35 and it works for me over wifi with activesync connected, I haven't checked with HDSPA
- Still has some problems with transfering from landscape to portrait after using the virtual keyboard (Resco keyboard pro 5.01 diamond skin)

is there a way to view youtube videos on opera 9.5? I used to view them on the older opera's but never even heard anything about viewing them on 9.5
EDIT: nvm i just installed flash player 7, it works.
