My default key is SwiftKey and i uninstall aosp/google keyboards and it works fine

No spen features whatsoever. The pen works but there are no Note features. If you want spen features stay on touchwiz.

There's now movement on AOSB Google + page on the development of AOSB lollipop. No idea on eta but worth getting excited about!!
