Serious problem: Defy won't boot anymore!

So I installed the downgradeable 2.3.4 on the Defy. It worked fine except for a few things. So I wanted to start over. I rebooted into bootloader-mode and flashed a stock 2.1 to have a fresh start. But now the Defy won't boot anymore. Everything remains black after pushing the power button. The only thing that still works is the bootloader. I tried to flash the 2.1 again, but still the same problem. Screen remains black. Not even the Motorola-logo. Battery was fully charged, so that's not the problem.

What can I do to make it work again?

Thanks, gonna try that (apart from the factory reset in that guide as I can't get to the bootloader anymore). But I'm gonna try and flash that SBF :)

When I try to flash that unique SBF I get the following error:

I even tried to flash the fixed downgradeable 2.3.4 again, but still the problem happens. Is it something with the hardware perhaps?
