Anyway I think there is something missing in the final steps of *.zip creation and in the TWRP (which works pretty with "normal cusotm rom"). But Maybe i'm in the wrong way.

That's a different boot logo than I had it was just the word Android

Yes, I think the OP is working on omnirom's sources, so i just did the same thing only for curiosity.

Yes, I think the OP is working on omnirom's sources, so i just did the same thing only for curiosity.
Which updater-script you have used?? Try with this and please i need logcats
