Setting theme and wallpaper not opening in theme store

As early in setting if i choose wallpapers and themes they open in theme store .but now they ooen pre-installed wallpaper and theme ..
How to fix this ...plz hellp..m on latest stable....same build early it worked but now its not...
Any body plz fix this issue
