Settings question for z roms

I'm running warm z 2.2 and asked the question, "is there a settings.apk that has the option of having like widgets grouped together when selecting them on the home screen?" I've twice asked and haven't gotten an answer so I bring it here. Not trying to be a dbag just would like an answer. Lol Thanks
