I have a google apps for work account and I've been raking my brains on the best way to setup the email account. Can someone please tell me whether it's:

I have a google apps for work account and I've been raking my brains on the best way to setup the email account. Can someone please tell me whether it's:
- best to setup the email as an exchange account - I find the exchange email push delivery is really instantaneous
- best to setup it up as an IMAP Idle push account - where the push not almost as intantaneous as above
- best to use the stupid Gmail app - not a fan of it per se
