That button is the photo editor itself, not just the resize option. It works on my phone however.

What is your Android version? Because the photo editor (which is that button) works well on my Note 4 without errors and whatnot.

As @ananjaser1211 is having problems with making the 7.1.1 Note 8 Port ROM for the Note 4, I have decided to release a version for 7.1.1 to ease the wait.
No AROMA Installer yet; I don't have time to work on that this summer. (I'll work on this when I have gone back to school.)
No new OneUI and Updated Apps for 7.1.1, as I have no 7.1.1 device to work on.

"Do these apps works without any force crashes?" you first ask.
I say, "All apps here don't have force crashes except the Samsung Launcher and Gallery. (Please read the FAQ here for more info before flashing my work.)

"How do you compile 9.X version apps Andriod in 7.1.1?" you ask next.
I answer, "APKMirror has info about what minimum Android version can apps be used, and it shows that some OneUI apps can work as low as Nougat 7.0."

This is only for Nougat Samsung Experience ROMs (7.0 to 7.1.1). This will never work on AOSP-based ROMs (LineageOS, Resurrection Remix, etc.), as Samsung apps never work on AOSP-based ROMs, and AOSP apps on SExperience ROMs.

The only Samsung Experience Nougat ROM for the Note 4 is the "Refined Nougat Note FE Port ROM by Ananjaser1211" for the Note 4 Exynos variants only. No Snapdragon developer has yet ported an SExperience Nougat ROM on your variant, so I expect that you won't be able to flash my work until such ROM has been ported.

I've flashed it then factory reset.... It gave me boot loop and Samsung setup wizard force stopping...,

so, I switched back to stock rom

I've never done factory data resets on custom ROMs before, and I can't do it now. I guess that performing a factory data reset on custom ROMs will cause a bootloop.

Hi, thanks in advance. I flashed the separated version for 7.1 in my galaxy j5 with TW oddysey rom, everything went as expected, but my edge apps gone away. I have all the other edge stuff weather, people, clipboard, but not the apps. Is this a bug ir have i done something wrong?

This might be a dumb question but does substratum work with this? Or is the theme good enough where I don't need to worry? I just wanted to know before I go through the trouble of backing up. (32gb version of Note5 w/o sdcard) Thanks in advance

Could you please, with any file manager (MiXplorer is recommended), go to system/priv-app/AppsEdgePanel and TasksEdgePanel? I would like to know if the APKs are there or not.
Also, please check if you have Tasks Edge panel, because I don't know if it properly works or not, though it's compatible with 7.1.1.

This is just an apps port for all Samsung Experience ROMs (7.0–7.1.1), and this is not a ROM itself. This will replace some of your apps with their updated and OneUI versions.
Could you please elaborate your question more and be specific? I don't understand at what area you're asking.
