[SHARE][APP][MOD] Smart Control Mod for Video Payer

Not my work. Simply sharing because I think it's a cool thing to have (if a little gimmicky). This is a mod of the stock gallery app which adds "smart control" to the video player. Smart Control lets you pause video by waving your hand over the screen (like I said, gimmicky, but cooll). This also good news as it means our baby S3 may have the potential to support some of the S4's air gesture features.
