I just flashed it and it seems legit but I don't know...
-There is one file called rm.exe.stackdump inside system/app, wtf???
-There is not any HelpHub.apk
-Edited build.prop to write mr. luong name
-And non official wallpaper as default.

Confirmed, it's bootlop, Mj2 the same as! V3.5 only for MI6
In htcmania Kazica has tested Dr.Ketan mj2 fix instead of bootloader from mj5 and it works.
mj2 and mj5 are, at least, very similar between them.

Same thing tarmida have reported yday
Also some paid app noted like titanium root explorer
After this I have stopped working on it. I have personally asked someone to send me apk and note3 applications was also there from your package.
May be this one is same or not I don't know, but once I found it is tempered then I think better to leave it.

ok im downloaded this one, rebuild and flash in my phone, everything ok, no wipe, no bootloop, but no much different than mj2...

I have been testing it a little bit more and I think that it could be legit.
I'm not an expert when it comes to analyze roms but aside from few files Mr. Luong left there it doesn't seem to be fake...

agree with you, have somes small differences between mj2, but is a legit leak that's for sure, lets wait for another leak or maybe the oficiall one
