This thread is basically to find out what ROM, Kernel, Launcher, Interesting Apps, Widgets and wallpapers are others using to make their phone look cool and increase productivity

This what I got in my phone:
  • ROM:- CyanogenMod 12.1 Nightlies (latest built)
  • Kernel:- FenomenalMOD v06 (governor set to 'impulse mode')
  • Launcher:- Nova 4.0

The performance of the device is very smooth and I get decent battery life with the above settings.
My App Drawer screen:-

Home Screen:-

I hide the app drawer icon from the home screen and replaced it with a 'swipe up' gesture to open apps.

Quick Settings:-
I use gesture support in nova to quickly launch apps that I use most frequently (Double finger up swipe-Whatsapp, home screen double tap-dialer app, clockwise finger rotate-Mx player). Swipe up on app icon is another feature in nova that I use the most (you can swipe up on an icon on home screen say Facebook to launch another app Facebook messenger).

Apps worth mentioning:-

/what's the best app that can free the internal storage ?
i've read too much that makes me confusing @[email protected]
link2sd, foldermount etc.
what's the best and how to work it out ?
thanks :)
As of now I am not using any app to free up internal storage. I have around 77 downloaded apps installed and still have about 400 mb of internal space free. I just use the native app2sd feature (settings>apps>'tap on an application'>Move to SD). From cm-12.1-20150523-NIGHTLY onwards, most of the apps are movable to SD card. However, if you have big games or heavy applications, then I suggest using foldermount. Link2SD gives you the ability to create a pseudo 'internal storage' on you SD card, it means that a portion of your SD card will now act as internal storage. You might have to do partition of your SD card to use that feature.
