They are quick enough so I don't need to deal with the horizontal scrollable overview menu to switch to another apps. (Expect to switch between the las two apps. For that I use the gesture nav)

Been using this for years! I tap Google for Google Search/Voice Search (not Assistant).
Don't bother asking what Icon Pack, it's 6 or 7 packs accumulated over years. Mainly Cornie and Minty Pro though.
