If you are using xiaomi.eu ROM, the PE ROM installation procedure is as follows:
- Reboot into TWRP
- Format Data /Yes
- Connect your phone to PC via USB cable
- Copy the PE ROM to the phone
- Install PE ROM
- Reboot into recovery
- Format Data in PE recovery
- Reboot into the system
- Done

So, I don't need boot.img, dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img, just the zip file and recovery?

Yes, it would be good if we know where the ROM comes from. It feels weird just downloading something from MEGA with no context. Also, any specific reason why TG can't be mentioned? At least the username. I'm probably missing something from the rules, but not sure why that's harmful.

the rom is by sohrabrf on tg and based on Arian's Lineage tree, u can join to the Xiaomi12 Official group in tg
