Thanks for the information, you're right I darker but it's okay for me
It is actually possible to have 75hz, but it needs to be added to the kernel code. I've actually been experimenting with taking an existing kernel and adding different refresh rates. What I've noticed is that with 90hz or other non-stock refresh rates, the colours seem to be quite a bit darker. As I understand, you are running the Aghisna kernel. Do you notice that darker/different colours when running at 90hz?

Thank you I want to try, fortunately my os currently Los so it oss and I don't mind without ln800
I have attached two versions, one with 75hz and the other with 90hz. It was built using Sleepy kernel version XMAN as the base. The following changes were made from the original code:
- ZRam set back to 2GB (it was increased to 3GB starting Scarlet Witch build in September)
- Added additional refresh rate (75hz or 90hz depending on the version you download)

Notes for anyone who uses this:
- This is for OSS and does not include ln8000
- I'm not liable for any issues/damage to your device
- I don't plan to rebuild these for future versions of Sleepy kernel

Does the kernel get deleted when you fresh install new custom rom via TWRP?
As far as I can see some of them they already have it preloaded on custom rom.
Can i get the link to the official kernel which works on miui and aosp custom rom?
Thanks

What's your plan now with kernelsu?
Not much if I'm being honest, just going to try to break it and test its limitations (already got a couple of bootloops from doing so lmao). Since the project is new and support is still being developed, I still don't think this can replace magisk, especially magisk modules. But for my testing, there are some modules now that worked with KernelSU. Biggest advantage so far is the fact that it can't be detected by most app currently unlike with Magisk, or even Magisk Delta, but it still can be detected by some (Poinku and its crazy resetprop detection). Overall, I'm just hyped for this new kernel-based root. New era of rooting I guess you can call it.

Oh, I'm an idiot. Didn't even see that I was typing in the wrong thread. Sorry

    I'm using the aghisna kernel:

    AGHISNA-OSS-BASIC-17-05-2023-signed

I have the bq charger, but it's not fast charging. The best I'm able to get is about 11 watts. I also tried the ln8000 variant, but it also didn't help.

I have a usb tester, and I can see when I first plug it in it ramps up to check 9v and 12v, but then it backs down to 5v again right away. With other kernels I'm able to fast charge, no problem. At least to 22 watts (9v). I rarely ever see it charge at 33w (12v).

I'm using it with arrowos 13.1. With root, DeviceInfoHW reports the charger as bq2597x. Without root, it reports the charger as "USE PMIC".

    • Merged CLO tag LA.UM.9.1.r1-12200-SMxxx0.QSSI13.0
    • Brought back MGLRU
    • Switched back to UClamp

I've tried the Aghisna kernel, but my phone doesn't pass SafetyNet with it. I assume it has something to do with that kernelSu stuff someone mentioned?
    Anyway, current sleepy works fine.
Regarding the passing safety net, Google recently pushed an update that made it so that cts would require the correct device fingerprint to match before it passed. Meaning, custom roms with Pixel spoofing, or roms that use Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel XL to spoof the device to unlock exclusive pixel features can not pass safetynet. This has been a big issue recently, and many people are complaining about the push (possibly shifting to the new integrity api). So really, the issue is not with the addition of kernelsu. In fact, KernelSU (ksu) is a kernel-based root and no app can touch that, only another root (aka magisk) can, meaning that it can intercept (hide) itself from any app that calls su binary so it is well-hidden by default, at least as of now.
Anyway, there is a temporary fix to it, Displax made a modded safetynet fix that attempts to fix the cts issue, which can be found here:
It's a magisk module so be sure to enable zygisk for it. If you have the normal safetynet fix module, be sure to remove it first.

As it Looks like Sleepy kernel is no longer supporting SWEET (as per a post in Telegram), I've compiled the code with the last set of changes as of Feb 22, 2023.
The following changes/issues were made/addressed from the original code:
    - ZRam set back to 2GB (it was increased to 3GB starting Scarlet Witch build)
    - Fixed incorrect colours when using 120hz (issue in XXX build)

Notes for anyone who uses this:
    - This is only for OSS
    - Choose the file with ln8000 if your device has that charger
    - This includes some updates and fixes from the last official XXX build
    - I'm not liable for any issues/damage to your device
