Hello there!
Do you by any chance have a link for a TWRP that doesn't contain Magisk or one that doesn't automatically install Magisk?
Sorry, but no, you can try OrangeFox, it's not patched,I like it better, I use it
And if you really want twrp, then magisk can then be removed from the application itself, there is also such an option.

Yeah. I found out about the OrangeFox that you published but I am having an issue where it doesn't stay after xiaomi.eu update. It reverts to stock one

Any custom recovery will disappear after the update, since the recovery is in boot, and it (boot) is always installed again with any firmware /update.
You just need to rearrange the recovery again after the firmware / update, you can do the same straight from the recovery.

So after every update I will have to reflash it. Okay, understood. Thanks

Hi I just downloaded the 13.0.7.0 full ROM update. I'm currently on official MIUI 13.0.5.0 stock ROM with your modified TWRP as my recovery .
Now my question is
(I know this have been answered by you for a lot of times already but I just wanted to make sure that I did understand) now going back to my question. how should I update using TWRP? Without reverting back to stock recovery? Is it like;

Reboot to TWRP
Flash zip update
Do not reboot yet
flash TWRP recovery
Then reboot?

Is the method correct?

Yes, you flash the firmware, and then, depending on where it is installed, you either flash the recovery immediately, or first switch the slot, and flash the recovery, and only then reboot
Oh, yes, also, I didn't check the stock update via custom recovery, so I immediately unlocked the bootloader and switched to xiaomi.eu

Im not really into this but i have read that the ramdisk file in the boot.img file is used to load the recovery. Ive extracted the image and found out that the kernel file is different from the one ive extracted from my boot.img on my device. So what id like to ask if its possible to create a working boot.img file with the ramdisk file from this and another kernel file?

flashing twrp makes me stuck in poco logo when i try to boot normally.
i can boot to twrp and use the file manager, but doing changes in filesystem are all reverted as soon i restart the phone.
i have some magisk magisk modules that i want to delete, but the folders for the modules in /data/adb/modules/ are reappearing when phone is restarted. any solution for this?

Did someone tested it on redmi note 11 pro + 5g global (SKCIMIXM)? I feel uncomfortable trying it waiting for reply

hi, very helpful recovery as boot.img btw.
unfortunately the touch interface doesn't react with some custom rom vendor_boot + with newest stock vendor_boot (eea 13.0.5.0 in my case) .
maybe it needs to be made compatible with more vendor_boot imgs.
greetings.

hi @SilentModeUser,

afaik vendor_boot.img from stock miui rom 13.0.4.0 global/eea is always working fine with all custom roms. pls flash boot.img (this recovery) + vendor_boot.img (from stock 13.0.4.0 rom) to both slots, either already with this recovery or fastboot.
fastboot commands to flash to both slots etc. can be found here on xda + on the web.

Hello, I have the same issue SilentModeUser is having with no touch, but I flashed the boot from this recovery and vendor_boot from my rom (crdroid) but the touch still fails, my question is. Will the stock miui vendor boot img reset my bootloader back to locked (and make me go through the 7 day wait again) or is it safe for me to flash the vendor boot from a stock miui rom for my poco x4 pro (also is it safe to flash the vendor boot from the firmware for android 12 if my phone has an android 13 rom)

I already use MIUI.EU with magisk, and this recovery will install magisk, so what will happen? I'm afraid this recovery magisk might break my current magisk or the entire system

Hello everyone, one user under the nickname yurxxl from the site 4 PDA, at my request, will assemble a recovery for us, it was his assembly that I posted in the topic.
He finally managed to defeat the decryption of the data section. Now the recovery normally decrypts this section.
I allowed myself to add a little bit from myself:now recovery can also flash/backup/and restore logical partitions, as well as vendor_boot

Yes, the recovery is quite working, I flashed the stock firmware, and custom, and separately super.img. The backup does fine, but I have the firmware now xiaomi.eu 13.0.4, and I have a problem with recovery on it, although I found a solution
By the way, the work on the recovery is still ongoing

I have a problem. TWRP boots fine but touch screen doesn't work.
Using adb shell, I can decrypt the filesystem (twrp decrypt my_pin), install some add-on (twrp install ....), etc. What should I do to make touch screen to work properly?
I have Redmi Note 11 pro 5G (VEUX) with MIUI 13.0.2 (SKCEUXM)
If you flash stock vendor_boot.img, TWRP will be ok again.

hi, with miui.eu 13.0.9.0 wifi don t work, all ok with 13.0.7.0 on xiaomi redmi note 11 pro 5g

Is this official? And what method can I use to load it on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G?
This is of course an unofficial recovery. This recovery is suitable for Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 Pro 5G,both of them have the codename VEUX,and PEUX,is the codename of the Indian version, which is called Redmi Note 11 Pro + 5G .Why the Chinese made such a mess is unclear. I corrected the name of the topic. The installation method was written in the post
