I have not tried this construction, but the Adaway problem is also present on Xiaomi Eu the only way to make it work and in systemless options menu, but at each reboot it is canceled.Personally I switched to Mi Globe that is not affected by this problem.

What's the process of flashing this ROM is it different from other roms flashing
Not able to add google account and access playstore. It always show black screen.
Wipe system data cache... And then install the rom thats it....but always flash dfe, if you dont want encryption
Even if you don't want encryption you don't need to "always" flash dfe - you only need to flash dfe after you flash new vendor/firmware if you don't want encryption.
It patches the vendor/firmware to stop it from encrypting on boot as it does by default.
I never use dfe myself and don't think it's necessary.

as far as my experience i didn t encountered encription forced by flashing this rom
A rom does not force encryption - the vendor/firmware does if not patched with dfe.
be sure you do the installation process again by wiping everything except for internal storage and sd card and flash again, it must function. i never encountered any bug in this rom.

Disable force encryption.
Search for it - it's discussed many times.
In my opinion the benefits of using it are marginal and outweighed by the disadvantages - e.g. reduction in security, can cause confusion and complication in flashing, have to remember to flash it every time you flash vendor/firmware.
Others might argue in favour of it.
I never use it and have never needed to.
