Please how to get carrie signal type on status bar after update to 20.3.26 lost it

Guys, I love the miroom, but I've been facing a annoying issue with the versio 20.3.26: there's a "notch" shaped black space when the phone goes to Landscape mode, no matter which app's open, this occurs with, has anyone managed to get rid of this?

Here you go mate/everyone, the overlay APK to remove display cutout completely is attached :) share away, it's a simple job. MiRoom or any porters are free to include this in their kitchen work (please do, cutouts are annoying and stupid lol).

I am too lazy to do a Magisk module, this is easier IMO. Just download the APK, put into /vendor/overlay/ and reboot. Obviously Magisk is needed.

If you don't have a good root explorer, use TWRP file manager.

Why i cannot log in to my Damon PS2 pro account on miroom Poco?i try on miroom 9.9.29 and the last build miroom 11.0.6.0 same happens both.how to fix it?:rolleyes:

Download port for Poco F1 and another outstanding job do keep up the great work people have been complaining about the fact there there hasn't been much on offer but that is understandable considering there been nothing out there to build from......

Miui 12 is a complete restructure of User interface..
The following are advantages:
New look and feel
latest security patches
Latest Qualcomm vulkan drivers for better performance.
Smoothness of touch.
Gaming performance improved.


All these with atleast or atmost one hour less SOT compared to miui 11 for me. One must understand that mi room is a port now a days and is still in beta, so SOT can somehow may be managed to equal to miui 11 in the near future.

So the reason I mentioned check yourself and enjoy...
Have the data backed up and following the best procedures to avoid loosing data so one can revert back anytime as you want. It's always ones choice to decide whether to move on or stay where they are...

Hope you decide on your choice..

Yeah I'd take good battery life over pretty battery graph or iOS control centre. Thanks for the reply man

I got 6 and half hours of sot in which 4 to 5 hours of TV screen casting of YouTube videos. This is with admin11 kernal. Stock is having some 30 minutes less.

Due to quarantine and lockdowns, mostly on casting these days and charging daily once..
