Hello paolo, i've tried lineageOS, it's very cool but, for me it's to hard for now I want to flash xiaomi.eu. How can i do that correctly? Hope on your answer.

I dont know. I think that you have to flash twrp by fastboot and then reboot in recovery, wipe all and flash xiaomi.eu.
I suggest you to try for some day lineage, It Is more clean than miui and battery performs about 20-30% more than miui. Try lineage, when you are sure wipe all and reflash from 0 lineage...

I like lineage, but i have problems with google dialer, if i call someone, my voice is very bad. I don't know an alternative dialer.

Very strange. But i had the same issue with Huawei p30pro. I got Google dialer from PlayStore and my voice was bad. Try to wipe all and flash again

IDK why, but now my voice is very nice. I tried again and all OK. But is still need a normal gallery app and weather app. I have a question, can i just install TWRP with onekey inject method, so twrp will be behind lineage, or that isn't work?

You must:
1) flash via fastboot china fastboot stable rom
2) fully boot correctly
3) reboot, boot again
4) flash twrp
5) flash xiaomi eu zip
6) format all
7) reboot

You can install from PlayStore Gallery GO (Google gallery) . Weather app... Playstore Is full of weather app and widget...

Rename magisik.apk in magisik.zip. then flash It at the same mode that you have flashed the lineage rom (adb sideload)

After use lineageos, you mus FULL FLASH VIA FASTBOOT CHINA ROM first, boot fully next twrp and flash xiaomi eu. If you dont do it, you want flash correctly xiaomi eu rom

You DO NOT NEED TO FLASH FASTBOOT CHINA ROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When coming from lineage or shapeshift to xiaomi.eu

You need only custom boot img to flash lineage...then you can twrp flash magisk...like mentioned...just rename apk to zip and fire away.... no hassle there..
